What it is
A capped, by-invitation program (10–15 clients globally) for buyers building a portfolio of U.S. businesses. You get a dedicated senior advisor, coordinated entity and tax structuring across acquisitions, priority access to deal flow, and consolidated reporting across your holdings.
Visa pathways, handled correctly
Portfolio clients often pursue E-2 or EB-5 visa pathways alongside their acquisitions. We coordinate with partner immigration attorneys who advise on those matters — we never advise on immigration in-house, and we're upfront about that line.
Why it's capped
The program only works if your senior advisor genuinely knows your holdings. We cap membership globally so the service stays real — when it's full, there's a waitlist, not a price increase.

Portfolio program
Annual engagement covering advisory across all your U.S. acquisitions. Success fees on individual deals follow the published Acquisition schedule.
What we never promise
We never promise deal availability, visa outcomes, or portfolio performance. Immigration advice comes only from licensed partner attorneys.
