How it works
One ladder, climbed at your pace
Keystone Bridge is built as a single connected path: the Foundation gets you set up in the U.S., the credit build is the hinge, and the Ownership Engine is where the foundation pays off. Here is the whole machine, openly.
Why a ladder, not a menu
Most providers in this market sell disconnected products: a formation here, an ITIN there, a credit-repair promise somewhere else. The problem is that these things only create real value in sequence. A U.S. company without an ITIN can't unlock personal credit. Credit without a purpose is just plastic. And buying a U.S. business without entity, banking, and credit infrastructure is close to impossible for a non-resident. Keystone connects the sequence — each stage builds exactly what the next one needs.
Tier 1 · Foundation — Services (Stages 1–6)
Education, formation, a real leased U.S. address, ITIN, banking, the credit build, and credit-bureau linking so it all actually reports. These are fixed-price, done-for-you services with published tiers — some delivered through our vetted partner network and coordinated by us end-to-end. Most clients start here, and many stop here — a properly formed company with real U.S. credit is a complete outcome on its own. The credit build (Stages 5–6) is the hinge: finishing it is what qualifies you for the Ownership tier — and what funds the travel tier later.
Tier 2 · Ownership (Stages 7–13)
Faster funding and earned credibility, acquisition advisory, scaling on U.S. credit, portfolio coordination, and — in a small number of cases each year — direct equity partnership, capped by the Global Footprint stage: residency, international entities, and banking once you own where you earn. This is advisory work with retainers and published success fees. It exists because the hardest problem for international buyers isn't finding a business; it's structuring a purchase without SBA financing, which requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. We build around seller financing, asset purchases through your U.S. LLC, and the credit you built at the hinge.
Tier 3 · Luxury Travel (Stage 14)
The reward layer, included with membership. The business credit and card infrastructure you built in the first two tiers earns points on spend you're already making — up to 4x on business cards — and those points, redeemed well, fund business-class flights and five-star stays at a fraction of retail, with elite status stacking upgrades on top. It's earned in the open, within card terms, and it's a perk of the climb — never the reason to start it.
The fourteen stages
Each stage, at a glance
| Stage | Layer | Price | What it delivers |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Academy | Foundation | $497 – $1,997 | The complete international buyer's playbook — six modules, community, and monthly live calls, including an honest lesson on spotting the schemes in this space. |
| 2. Foundation | Foundation | Entity from $1,500 · ITIN $850 – $1,500 | A real U.S. company and tax identity, in your own name — you exist in the U.S. system. ITIN via Certifying Acceptance Agent (no passport mailing); expedited and complex cases at the top of the range. |
| 3. Real U.S. Physical Address | Foundation · partner | $3,000 – $7,500 | A genuine leased street address with a lease agreement and utility bill — not a PO box or virtual mailbox. Passes bank and IRS requirements where a mailbox gets rejected. Tiers scale up to a full U.S.-presence package with Shopify/PayPal compliance. |
| 4. U.S. Bank Account Setup | Foundation | Prep + introduction | Fintech accounts (Mercury/Relay-class) to start, plus prepared applications and introductions to major U.S. banks — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Fifth Third — and eligibility-based credit unions. We build a strong, compliant application in your own name; each bank still underwrites its own approval. |
| 5. Credit Engine | The hinge | $2,000 · $4,000 · $7,500 | U.S. personal and business credit, built in the right order — Amex Global Transfer where your country qualifies, vendor tradelines, business cards, fintech lines. Finish here and you have what you need to start acquiring — and to fund the travel tier later. |
| 6. ITIN → Credit-Bureau Linking | Foundation · partner | $850 | ITINs are no longer auto-linked to your credit file. We submit certified requests to all three bureaus — Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion — so your accounts actually report, with 30-day follow-up. |
| 7. Funding Accelerator | Ownership | Milestone-based | Get past the "time-in-business" wall the honest way — a real 80 Paydex in ~45–90 days in your own entity, vendor-tiering (net-30 → net-60 → revolving), and lenders that underwrite on revenue not age. For lenders that truly require seasoning, a clear 6–12 month path — no fake company age. |
| 8. Earned Credibility | Ownership | $1,500 – $3,500 | A company that genuinely looks — and is — established: professional web presence, business email and phone, listed profiles, and real early operating activity. Partners and lenders can check it and it holds up, because it's real, not a shelf company with a fake past. |
| 9. Acquisition | Ownership | $15,000 retainer + 4–8% success fee | Full buy-side advisory: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, seller-financing structuring, LOI to close, and 90-day transition. |
| 10. Scale | Ownership | $3,500 / month | For operators already running e-commerce abroad: U.S. entity and payment architecture, business credit lines, inventory financing, and a monthly growth-capital plan. |
| 11. Portfolio | Ownership · by invitation | $150,000 / year | For clients acquiring multiple businesses: a dedicated senior advisor, coordinated structuring, priority deal flow, consolidated reporting, and visa-pathway coordination. |
| 12. Equity Partners | Ownership · by invitation | Equity for services · co-invest · operate-for-equity | In a small number of cases each year, we take a 10–30% stake in your business and work alongside you to scale it toward a seven- or eight-figure exit. |
| 13. Global Footprint | Ownership · partner | By arrangement | Second residency, international entities and banking, and income certification — set up where you want to live, once you own where you earn. Delivered with vetted partners and independent counsel. |
| 14. Luxury Travel | Travel · membership | Included with membership | Your U.S. business cards earn up to 4x points on spend you're already making. Redeemed for travel, those points fund business-class flights and five-star stays at a fraction of retail — with elite status stacking upgrades, breakfast, and late checkouts on top. |
The operating principles
Built as the inverse of the schemes in this space
This market is crowded with guaranteed-return promises, shelf-corporation shortcuts, and pooled-money structures. Our answer is structural, not rhetorical:
Everything in your name
Your LLC, your ITIN, your bank account, your credit profile, your business. Keystone never holds client assets, never pools funds, and never takes custody of your capital. We are advisors and service providers — not a fund.
Every price is public
Every package, retainer, and success fee is published on this site — the same numbers for every client, before any call. If a firm in this space hides its pricing behind a 'book a call' button, ask yourself why.
No guaranteed outcomes
We commit to work: sequence, submission quality, sourcing, negotiation. We never commit to outcomes we don't control — IRS timelines, credit approvals, deal closings, or business performance. Our risk page is in the main menu.
Milestones, not promises
Credit programs are milestone-delivered so you see progress at each step. Acquisition retainers partially credit against success fees. Fees map to work performed — the incentive design does the talking.
