Risk disclosure

What can go wrong

Most firms in this space bury the risk page. Ours is in the main menu, because if any of this would surprise you later, we've failed you now.

Government timelines slip

ITIN processing is controlled by the IRS and routinely takes 7–11+ weeks. We control submission quality and follow-up, not the calendar.

Credit outcomes vary

Issuers and lenders decide. Limits and approvals differ by person, country, and cash on hand. Anyone promising a number is lying to you.

No specific bank is guaranteed

A real address and clean setup pass most KYC, but no provider can guarantee any one bank or processor approves you.

Deals fall through

Acquisitions die in diligence, financing, and negotiation — that's the process working. A retainer buys the work, not a guaranteed close.

Residency & tax are their own worlds

Residency, trusts, and tax planning are delivered with partners and independent counsel. We coordinate; we don't give tax or immigration advice in-house.

This costs real money

Our fees are for services delivered. If you can't afford to lose acquisition capital, you shouldn't be acquiring — and we'll tell you so.

What we commit to instead

Because we can't honestly commit to outcomes, we commit to the things we control: the correct sequence, submission quality, milestone-based delivery so you see progress at every step, published pricing so you can compare us openly, and a written engagement agreement — covering scope, service levels, risk disclosures, and refund terms — before any payment. When something goes sideways on a government timeline or a lender decision, you hear it from us first, with the next step attached.

Who should not hire us

If you need guaranteed credit limits, a guaranteed acquisition close, or returns you can count on — no honest firm can sell you that, and we won't pretend to. If losing your acquisition capital would be catastrophic for your family, you shouldn't be acquiring yet, and we'll tell you so on the first call. And if all you need is a cheap LLC filing, a commodity provider will serve you better — we say so in our comparison.

Nothing on this page or this site is investment, legal, tax, or immigration advice. Engage your own advisors for those decisions — we'll work with them gladly.

Start with the foundation. Climb as far as you want.

The price of every stage is already on this site, so a first call is about fit — not a pitch.
