Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your right to cancel before work begins, pro-rata refunds after work starts, and how to request a refund.

3.1 Cancellation window (before work begins)
You may cancel any service within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, provided we have not begun substantive work and no government or partner fee has been incurred, for a full refund. Email hello@keystonebridgeglobal.com.
3.2 After work begins (pro-rata)
Once work begins, fees for work already performed and for any government filing fees, partner fees, or third-party costs already incurred are non-refundable. Any remaining, undelivered milestone is refundable on a pro-rata basis. We provide a short written breakdown of work completed versus refunded.
3.3 Government and institutional outcomes
We cannot refund fees because a government agency or institution took longer than expected, or declined or delayed an outcome. Our fee pays for professional preparation, submission, and follow-up — not a guaranteed third-party result. This is stated clearly before you purchase.
3.4 Recurring services
For monthly (Operator) services, you may cancel future renewals as described in section 2.4 of the Products, Pricing, Billing & Delivery policy. The current and already-served billing periods are non-refundable; you will not be charged for periods after your cancellation takes effect.
3.5 Partner-delivered services
Partner-delivered services follow that partner's refund terms, which we make available to you before purchase. We help you communicate with the partner but are not responsible for their refund decisions.
3.6 How to request a refund
Email hello@keystonebridgeglobal.com with your name, order number, and reason. We respond within two (2) business days and return approved refunds via your original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.
