Products, Pricing, Billing & Delivery
What we sell, what you receive, indicative prices, how one-time and recurring charges work, and how services are delivered.

2.1 What we sell
We sell professional business-support services, delivered digitally and through coordinated filings. Representative services and indicative prices:

Each engagement's exact scope, deliverables, and price are confirmed in writing before payment.
2.2 Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes or bank/currency-conversion charges on your side. The price you approve in your order confirmation is the price you pay for that engagement.
2.3 One-time payments
Most Foundation and project services are billed as one-time fees, in full at engagement or in stated installments/milestones. Work begins once payment (or the agreed first installment) is received.
2.4 Recurring / subscription billing (Operator and similar)
- Recurring services (e.g. the $3,500/month Operator tier) are billed monthly in advance on the same day each cycle, automatically, to your payment method on file, until cancelled.
- Minimum term: three (3) months, after which the plan continues month-to-month.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time after the minimum term with fourteen (14) days' notice by emailing hello@keystonebridgeglobal.com. You are not charged for cycles after a valid cancellation takes effect.
- We send a receipt for every charge and notify you in advance of any recurring-price change.
2.5 Delivery and fulfillment
- Services are delivered digitally (email, client portal, or coordinated filings). Keystone Bridge ships no physical goods.
- Typical delivery timeframes are in your service agreement. Where a deliverable depends on a government agency (e.g. IRS ITIN processing, currently 7–11 weeks), we control submission quality and follow-up but not the agency's timeline.
- You receive confirmation at key milestones so you always know your engagement's status.
