1.1 Who we are

This website and the Keystone Bridge services are operated by Global Growth Consultant LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office 312 W 2nd St Unit #A2299, Casper, WY 82601, USA ("Keystone Bridge," "we," "us"). By using this site or purchasing a service you ("you," "client") agree to these Terms.

1.2 What we do — and what we are not

Keystone Bridge provides business-formation, tax-identification (ITIN), credit-building, business advisory, and related professional services for entrepreneurs, primarily those based outside the United States, establishing and operating U.S. business infrastructure in their own name.

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, investment advisor, bank, lender, or immigration advisor, and nothing we provide is advice of those kinds. We refer clients to licensed independent professionals where such advice is needed.

1.3 Eligibility and lawful use

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and to provide truthful, accurate, complete information to us and, through us, to any bank, agency, or institution.
• You are responsible for your own tax, reporting, and compliance obligations in every relevant jurisdiction.

1.4 No guarantee of outcomes

We perform our services professionally and diligently. We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including credit approvals, limits, or scores; bank or merchant-account approval by any institution; financing; acquisition or its terms; or business performance. Those decisions rest with third parties outside our control.

1.5 Fees, engagement, and refunds

Website prices are indicative; your specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are set in a written service agreement or order confirmation provided before payment. Billing and refunds are governed by the Products, Pricing, Billing & Delivery policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1.6 Limitation of liability & indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service at issue; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or third-party decisions. You agree to indemnify Global Growth Consultant LLC (operating as Keystone Bridge) and its officers and partners against claims arising from your misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, or false or unlawful information you provide.

1.7 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA; disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Casper, Wyoming (or another mutually agreed venue), after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly (see our Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Policy).
